Where we are

QRA is early. We're a small team building a focused product, and we hire in bursts rather than continuously. When we do open a role, it goes here first and on our LinkedIn — not on third-party job boards.

Who we'll likely hire next

• Full-stack engineer (TypeScript + Postgres + Next.js). Cares about edge latency, RTL polish, and shipping every Friday.
• Product designer with a typography eye. Half the surface is Arabic; the other half should look as crisp as the English. If you've obsessed over Cairo + DM Sans pairings before, we want to talk.
• Growth / B2B sales with MENA chops. Selling SaaS in SAR + AED to regional accounts is a specific skill — we'd trade equity for someone who knows it.

How we work

• Remote-first across MENA timezones (UTC+2 → UTC+4 mostly).
• Short async days; one synchronous standup per week.
• Compensation in SAR with equity. Numbers are role-specific, but generally above MENA-startup median for senior + above-FAANG-median for design.
• English + Arabic working languages, you choose.
