QRA is early. We're a small team building a focused product, and we hire in bursts rather than continuously. • Product designer with a typography eye. Half the surface is Arabic; the other half should look as crisp as the English. • Growth / B2B sales with MENA chops. Selling SaaS in SAR + AED to regional accounts is a specific skill — we'd trade equity for someone who knows it.نمو/مبيعات B2B بخبرة في المنطقة. بيع SaaS بالريال والدرهم إلى حسابات إقليميّة مهارة محدّدة — نمنح حصصاً لمن يجيدها.

How we workكيف نعمل

• Remote-first across MENA timezones (UTC+2 → UTC+4 mostly).عن بُعد عبر توقيتات المنطقة (UTC+2 → UTC+4 غالباً).
• Short async days; one synchronous standup per week.أيّام عمل غير متزامنة قصيرة، واجتماع تنسيق واحد متزامن أسبوعياً.
• Compensation in SAR with equity. Numbers are role-specific, but generally above MENA-startup median for senior + above-FAANG-median for design.تعويضات بالريال السعودي مع حصص. الأرقام تتغيّر بحسب الدور، لكنّها عموماً تفوق متوسّط الشركات الناشئة في المنطقة للمناصب العليا، وتفوق متوسّط FAANG في التصميم.
• English + Arabic working languages, you choose.لغة العمل عربيّة وإنكليزيّة، أنت تختار.
