Set up a custom domain (qr.yourbrand.com)

Custom domains are a Pro / Business feature. Open Settings → Custom Domains and enter the hostname you want — e.g. qr.acmecorp.com.

We generate a unique TXT verification token. In your DNS provider, add a TXT record at the apex (or at the subdomain) with that value. DNS propagation typically completes in minutes; sometimes up to 48 hours.

Click "Verify". We query the TXT record over Cloudflare's DNS-over-HTTPS API and mark the domain verified.

Add a CNAME record pointing your hostname to redirect.qra.cc. Once that propagates, scans on your hostname route through our redirect service.

Important caveat: existing QR codes you printed before adding the custom domain still encode qra.cc. Regenerate or re-export them so they encode your new hostname. Going forward, every scan on your hostname only resolves to your workspace's codes — there's no cross-workspace leakage.
